Daring Denim

I’ll admit, I jumped on the printed denim bandwagon a bit late. But better late than never, right? I have found that printed denim can really set your outfit apart. Everyone has dark or faded blue jeans, but jeans with stripes or flowers? Now, that’s unique. My favorite printed pants that BP. offers are the Fire Stripe Skinny Jeans. The trick is to wear them without looking like a train conductor.

When going graphic on the bottom, I suggest keeping it pretty simple on top. I would wear these with a black shirt and leather jacket. You could keep it interesting by adding fun and colorful shoes–maybe bright red flats?

I definitely suggest adding printed denim to your wardrobe. It’s so much more interesting than just plain denim, and just as easy to wear. (Fire jeans are especially soft and comfortable in my opinion!)

P.S. Stripes look to be a trend for 2013, so stocking up on striped pants now will put you ahead of the crowd!
