The No-Slip Wingtip

A brogue is a strong Irish or Scottish accent. It’s also a name for a perforated shoe, originally designed to allow water to drain after crossing a bog.

While we wouldn’t recommend these shoes for water sports (sorry, the holes on modern iterations are merely decorative), we would suggest you pick up a pair for inclement commutes this fall and winter. Each wingtip below features a sturdy rubber sole, guaranteed to grip wet pavement—as well as the treacherously slick floor in your office lobby.
