After a long week—good or bad—it’s always nice to take some time to relax. It’s like having a mini spa day! Here are a few of my favorite ways to do that:
1. Take a bubble bath with lots and lots of bubbles.
I especially like Laura Mercier ‘Ambre Vanillè’ Honey Bath.
2. Drink water.
Staying hydrated will keep your body happy and you feeling good. I have a hard time drinking enough water so I like to add lemon, mint, cucumber, or all three to my water to help me out. It’s delicious!
3. Eat something healthy.
Personally, I love just plain avocados. Mmm!
4. Do some yoga or stretch a little.
You’ll be able to relax a lot more if your muscles aren’t tight from stress. (When I’m stretching or doing yoga I love to put on a cute workout outfit.)
During all of this fabulous relaxation time, I like to listen to Jason Mraz‘s album Love is a Four Letter Word. My favorite songs are “Be Honest” and “Living in the Moment.” Check it out and have a great time relaxing!
