Maxed Out Style

I absolutely adore maxi dresses and maxi skirts! They fit seamlessly into absolutely any style or wardrobe and can also be great transitional pieces from season-to-season! The length of the maxi will keep your legs warm in the fall/winter, and the breezy movement of this cut is ideal for spring/summer.

The maxi look is so versatile that I believe every girl should have a few in her closet. Check out two of my favorite maxi dresses from BP.!

L to R: Dee Elle Maxi Dress with the sheer material is to die for! I also love the ombré effect of this Soprano Chiffon Maxi Dress.

As I mentioned before, my favorite thing about maxi dresses and skirts is that they can be worn in so many different ways. One of the most obvious ways to rock this style is to channel your inner bohemian. I’m loving this downtown boho look Kristin Cavallari put together. You can achieve a bohemian look like Kristin’s donning the Lily White Knit Maxi Skirt from BP.!

Create a chic and classic vibe in a black maxi skirt. I love how simple, but beautiful this look is. Her skirt is gorgeous!

You could also try a maxi skirt with a fun print or bright color! This look is absolutely perfect for summer.

One of my favorite ways you can wear a maxi dress is military inspired. Adding a utility jacket provides an interesting contrast between the flowy dress and the more structured jacket. The Rubbish® Oversized Army Jacket from BP. would be perfect for a look like this.

How will you MAXImize your style?

Stay wonderful,
